At MANSORY Boutique, we aim for total satisfaction with your luxury fashion purchases. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them inside the MANSORY shipping box to ensure protection during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a complimentary home pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the condition of the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
